A licensed professional will apply a quick thrust to a joint, usually the spine, to restore normal movement of the vertebrae and improve function of the body.

A type of therapy that uses cups on the skin to create a suction. The cup helps to increase blood flow and circulation to the area which encourages muscle relaxation, increased healing, and pain relief.

E-Stim is when electrodes are placed on the skin and elicit a skeletal muscle contraction to mimic the body’s natural muscle function. The purpose is to strengthen and repair muscle tissue and reduce pain. Benefits include relieving back spasms, strengthen weak muscles, and aid in recovery.

This is a form of decompression to relieve pressure from the spine. The therapy helps create space between the vertebrae with the intention of taking pressure off the nerves, restoring function and reducing pain.
